Pongal Event Center supplies the items needed to for any type of event to create an inviting environment. Included in the venue pricing are:

If you need other supplies from a party rental company, you may contact us for assistance coordinating delivery on the day of your event.
Event Staffing
Pongal Event Center always has staff members present during your event to ensure the comfort and safety of your guests. If your event includes an alcoholic drink service, we can recommend bartending services. For other party-related services, like catering and photography, you are free to select your providers, and we are happy to make recommendations for local companies with excellent reputations.
Event Cleanup
Some New Mexico event venues require you to take out the trash, stack chairs or move tables back to their original places. Not at Pongal Event Center. Our staff takes care of cleanup (except decoration removal), so your only job is to enjoy the party.
