Pongal Event Center offers everything you want in a venue for your wedding ceremony, reception and rehearsal dinner:

Our facility is easy to find and easy to access. Our event space allows for a wide array of table arrangements and dance floor configurations.

Wedding Packages

Pongal Event Center offers a number of wedding packages to ensure you have the time you need for your party and party preparations. All packages include:

  • Tables and chairs (no separate rental fee)
  • Event set-up
  • Table and chair arrangement
  • Table and chair covering (if covers rented from us)
  • A/V equipment set-up* if applicable
  • Event staffing (minimum two staff members)
  • Event clean-up

Planning for Your Wedding

Dream weddings are not thrown together at the last minute, but the bride should not be stressed with managing all the details for her perfect day. At Pongal Event Center, you can rely on the experience of our event planner.

Elaine has planned more than 800 events. She can help you plan everything from start to finish—from the invitations to the thank-yous.

We recommend a minimum of six months’ planning time for weddings. Please contact Elaine to inquire about her availability and pricing on event planning packages.
