How to Book Your Special Event
Securing the date and space for your special event is simple.
- Step 1: Choose a date
If possible, we recommend having a backup date available in the event our space is already booked, especially for weekend events.
- Step 2: Call to reserve your event
Once you know when you want to host your special event, call us! We are happy to give you a tour of our facility and explain all the features and supplies available to you and your guests. We will outline all pricing and custom package options and help you understand the rest of the rental process.
- Step 3: Secure your date
In order to secure your date, you need to sign a rental agreement and provide a deposit that includes:
- Damage deposit. All or part of this $200 deposit is refundable one to two business days after your event if the space is left in good condition.
- 50% rental deposit. The total cost of event venue rental depends on the day/date of your special event and party supplies rented (if any).
The remaining balance for event venue rental is due 30 days before your special event date.
